AZOPT® (brinzolamide ophthalmic suspension) 1% is an eye drop to lower intraocular pressure in patients diagnosed with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. It belongs to a class of drugs known as carbonic anhydrase inhibitors, and works by decreasing the amount of fluid within the eye. The recommended dosage is 1 drop, 3 times a day.
